The thinking behind agentdispatch

The work first.
The technology follows.

AI should be understandable.
And useful to the people doing the work.

agentdispatch helps businesses assess where AI could be useful. We look at your needs, workflows and existing infrastructure, then provide written findings and recommended next steps.

OUR STARTING POINT

Your business.
Your next useful step.

We begin with the workflow: what takes time, where information gets stuck, and which decisions need human judgment.

Recommendations can include AI tools, a simpler process, or a reason to leave a task as it is. Implementation is an optional, separately scoped engagement. The assessment does not include implementation or hands-on training.

Inside a paid assessment

From questions
to a practical plan.

01

Understand the operation

Review your business needs, current workflows and constraints. Understand what you want to improve.

02

Review the infrastructure

Look at the tools, systems and connections you already use, and the practical constraints they create.

03

Assess the opportunities

Consider where AI could fit your needs and existing systems. Explain relevant options and tradeoffs.

04

Write the findings

Provide written findings and recommended next steps afterward, so you can decide what to pursue.

We prefer to assess in person when practical, with a remote option. Serving the San Diego area, Logan leads the assessment for up to 60 minutes. The format, scope and fee are agreed before work begins.
