Logan Peña and Taurus Courtney operate under the brand agentdispatch. agentdispatch is not an LLC. For questions about your information, email agentdispatchai@gmail.com. Please avoid sensitive information.
Inquiries and follow-up
The inquiry form asks for your name, email, phone, business name, industry and message. It records your separate marketing preference and identifies the source as the website contact form. Submitted inquiries are sent to the existing same-origin contact service, which stores a receipt, the inquiry and a follow-up event on the hosted server.
We use this information to respond and discuss potential services. The existing follow-up workflow may route accepted inquiries to an agentdispatch Trello board through Zapier and applies automated classification. External AI processing of inquiry text is not part of the public website launch; enabling it requires an updated disclosure and agreed handling process.
Service FAQ
The public FAQ uses prepared answers. Messages remain in page memory and reset when the page reloads. It does not send chat messages to a model, create a support ticket, or access client records. Do not include sensitive information.
Booking and hosted payments
Booking links open Calendly only when you choose them. The website does not embed its scheduling widget. Payment links provided after discovery open Stripe’s hosted checkout, where Stripe processes the information you enter. This website does not collect payment-card details. Calendly and Stripe have their own privacy notices.
Technical information
The website is hosted on the existing server. Server and hosting services may process technical information such as request information for operation and security. The current public website code does not include an analytics tracker. Cookies or browser storage used by linked scheduling, payment or identity services are governed by those services and their notices; signing in is a separate flow.
Your choices and privacy questions
Marketing consent is separate from an inquiry and starts unchecked. No marketing enrollment is required to contact us. Request access, correction or deletion by emailing agentdispatchai@gmail.com. You can also withdraw marketing consent through this address. We will confirm the applicable process and requirements for your request.
