Separate services. Implementation, hands-on training, ongoing support, software subscriptions and third-party charges are not included. Projects and optional monthly retainers are individually scoped and quoted. No ongoing plan is required.

How do we agree the scope?: Start with discovery. Logan confirms the scope and fee with you before work begins.
When will I receive the findings?: Written findings and recommended next steps are provided within three business days after the consultation and receipt of the information needed to finish them.
Where does the assessment take place?: In person in the San Diego area when practical, or remotely. We agree the meeting format together.
Does the assessment include implementation or training?: Implementation and hands-on training are excluded from the assessment. Any implementation or training engagement is optional and separately scoped and priced.
Do I need a monthly retainer?: No. Projects and monthly retainers are optional and require separately agreed scope and pricing. No ongoing plan is required.
