What we do
We run hands-on ChatGPT training for San Diego businesses, in person when practical or remote. We also cover Grok and other assistants when your team uses them. Sessions are built around your actual work, such as emails, proposals, research, summaries and spreadsheets, not generic demos.
We start by asking what your team does every week and where people already use AI. From there we design exercises with your own (non-sensitive) examples, so people leave with prompts and workflows they will use the next day.
Every session includes safe-use basics: checking facts, handling customer and confidential data, workspace and privacy settings, and when to not use AI at all. We can help you write a short AI use policy to go with it.
We keep the format flexible: a single focused session for a small team, separate sessions by role, or a short series that builds from basics to more advanced work like analyzing documents and building reusable prompts. We agree on the format with you during discovery.

- Is this an official OpenAI training?
- No. We are an independent consultancy, not affiliated with OpenAI or xAI. We teach practical use of their publicly available tools.
- Does everyone need a paid account?
- Not for a first session. We will talk through the plans and business workspace options available so you can decide.
- Can you cover Grok too?

- What about confidential information?
- We teach what not to share, how to check data and privacy settings, and how to use business workspaces where appropriate.
- Can sessions be tailored by department?
- Yes. Sales, operations and admin teams get different exercises built on their own work.
