AI automation for San Diego small businesses
Most businesses do not need a big AI project. They need two or three repetitive tasks to stop eating the week: copying details between tools, drafting the same emails, sorting documents, chasing updates.
What we do
We help San Diego businesses find the automations worth doing and build them in a way your team can understand and maintain. That usually means connecting tools you already pay for, with AI used where it helps, such as drafting, summarizing or sorting, and a person reviewing anything that goes out to a customer.
We start with a plain inventory of recurring work. For each task we ask: how often does it happen, what goes wrong today, what data is involved, and what would a mistake cost? Some tasks are great candidates. Others are better left manual, and we will say so.
When we build, we keep things simple: clear steps, error alerts, notes on how it works, and a way to switch it off.
How it works
- 01
Inventory
We list your recurring tasks and tools, and rank candidates by usefulness, risk and effort. Our free checklist is a good place to start.
- 02
Build one thing well
We automate the top candidate first, with review steps and alerts, and test it on real examples with your team.
- 03
Document and expand
We hand over clear documentation, then decide together whether the next candidate is worth doing.
Who it’s for
- Owners and small teams doing manual data entry between apps
- Offices handling repetitive documents, intake forms or status emails
- Businesses that tried an automation tool and found it fragile
- Anyone who wants an honest view of what is and is not worth automating

Questions
- What tools do you build with?
- It depends on what you already use. Common choices are no-code automation platforms, the AI features inside your existing software, or a small custom script when that is simpler.
- Will AI send things without anyone checking?
- Only if you decide it should, for low-risk tasks. By default we keep a person in review for anything customer-facing.
- What about my data?
- We look at what data each automation touches, prefer tools with clear data terms, and avoid sending sensitive information where it does not need to go.
- Do I need to be technical?
- No. We explain each automation in plain language and document how to pause or change it.
- How do I know where to start?
- Take the free checklist, then book a discovery call to talk through your answers.
