AI chatbots for San Diego business websites

A good website chatbot answers the questions you already answer every day, in your words, and knows when to pass someone to a person. A bad one guesses. Most of the work is in the difference.

What we do

We help San Diego businesses plan and set up an AI chatbot for their website or messaging channels. The chatbot is grounded in your own material: services, policies, hours, service area and FAQs. It should not improvise answers about pricing, availability or anything you have not approved.

We start by collecting the questions customers actually ask, from your inbox, phone notes and front desk. Then we decide what the bot should answer, what it should collect (name, contact, what they need) and when it should route to you.

We choose a tool that fits your site and your budget, install it, and test it hard, including trying to make it say the wrong thing. You get a short guide for keeping its knowledge current.

How it works

  1. 01

    Question inventory

We gather real customer questions and your approved answers, and agree on topics the bot must stay away from.

  2. 02

    Build and test

We set up the chatbot on your site, connect lead capture to your email or CRM, and test accuracy, tone and handoff.

  3. 03

    Review and tune

We look at early conversations with you, fix gaps in the knowledge, and show your team how to update it.

Questions

Will the chatbot make things up?
Any AI model can produce wrong answers, so we limit it to your approved content, tell it to say when it does not know, and route those cases to a person. We test for this before launch.
Can it work on my existing website?
Most chatbot tools add a small embed to any site, including common website builders. We check your platform first.
Where do the conversations and leads go?
Wherever you work: email, a CRM, a shared inbox or a spreadsheet. We set it up and test that nothing gets lost.
Is a chatbot right for every business?
No. If you get few website questions, a clear FAQ page and a contact form may be better. We will say so.
Can the same knowledge power phone answering too?
Often yes. See our AI receptionist page; we can plan both together so answers stay consistent.
