Grok for business: setup and training
Grok is xAI's AI assistant, and it now offers business workspaces. Getting value from it at work comes down to the same questions as any AI tool: what is it good for in your business, how do you set it up, and how does your team use it safely?
What we do
We help businesses in San Diego and remotely evaluate Grok, set it up for a team, and train people to use it well. We are independent, not affiliated with or endorsed by xAI, and we will tell you plainly if another assistant fits your work better.
In practice that means looking at the tasks your team would use it for, such as research, drafting, summarizing, analysis or questions about current events, and checking the business plan features, admin controls and data settings against your needs.
Then we help configure the workspace, write short usage guidelines, and run hands-on training with your own examples. Many teams use more than one assistant; we can help Grok and ChatGPT coexist without confusion.
We also cover the limits. Like any AI assistant, Grok can be confidently wrong, so the training includes checking sources, keeping confidential and customer data out unless your settings and policy allow it, and knowing when a task needs a person instead.
